UMONDA is an online marketplace which offers users to buy and sell used items.

What can I sell on UMONDA?

You may sell any of your used and pre-owned items, like furniture, clothing, electronic devices, vehicle parts, art etc

Why UMONDA?

1. "Buy and Sell with just one click": No bargaining phone calls, no personal house visits etc.
2. "Sell at fixed price": Buyer accepts price of seller and can buy instantly ("buy now").
3. "Make an offer": Give the buyer the option to offer a certain purchase price and sell within the seller's set minimum selling price.
4. "Free Delivery": Delivery or shipping cost are included in the purchase price and commission paid by buyer and seller on each transaction.
5. "Earn U-Points with UMONDA" : Every 1 AED spent Earn 1 Point. Every 1000 Points receive 10 AED Voucher/Credit.

Do I have to register or sign up on www.umonda.com?

Yes, you will have to register and supply your details like Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Physical Address and Bank Account. All details will be handled confidential as per our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Does it cost to advertise items on UMONDA?
No, you can advertise your items for free.
What do I have to pay when I buy or sell a product?
UMONDA is charging 5% of purchase price from buyer and seller each for every item sold.
Do I need to pay for delivery?
No, delivery is for free.
What if I buy a big furniture piece, which needs dismantling and assembly?
In the category “Home & Garden” you will be given the option to pay an extra charge of AED 100.00, and UMONDA will take care of dismantling and assembly of item.
Can I return a bought item?
Returns are excluded.
What if the item is not as I expected?
You can give the seller a review according to your experience and dissatisfaction. You may also send a complaint to info@umonda.com, and we will follow up.
Do I have to rate every item I buy?
It is not a must to give a review, however, it will help others to identify the quality and honesty of sellers.
How and when do I pay, when I bought an item?
You may pay via credit card or bank transfer within 3 business days after your purchase (purchase price plus 5% UMONDA fees).
How will I receive the money after I sold an item?
Buyer needs to pay within 3 business days. Then the respective amount (sale price minus 5% UMONDA fees) will be credited to your UMONDA wallet. You may leave the money in your UMONDA wallet for own purchases, or initiate a cash withdrawal to your bank account at any time.
Can buyer and seller get in touch with each other?
To simplify the process for buyer and seller, we take care of everything, and contact between buyer and seller is not necessary. However, if you would like to ask the seller a question, feel free to send us an email to info@umonda.com, and we will get in touch with the seller to answer your queries.
