How it works
- Your request Photos, price and ownership details.
- Umonda review We check the asset and agree commission terms with you.
- Inspection An Umonda agent inspects the asset where needed.
- Listing We prepare the listing and market it, or take it to auction.
- Buyer We handle enquiries, viewings and negotiation.
- Sale The buyer pays and the asset is handed over.
- Completion Commission is settled and the request is closed.

Good to know
- Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything. Umonda may decline assets it cannot sell well.
- Before anything is listed, we agree the commission with you in writing on your request page. Nothing is charged unless the asset sells.
- Umonda does not hold your money. The buyer pays for the asset through the payment route agreed at the time of sale, and Umonda invoices its commission separately.
- You can withdraw your request at any time until the sale is agreed.
